Preparation and lodgement of small to medium size subdivision applications with the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), including infill and greenfield subdivisions. Services can be extended to include project management to assist with obtaining the necessary clearances following conditional approval.

Preparation, lodgement and management of development applications for Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Recreational developments, as well as Change of Use applications. 

Land rezonings (Metropolitan Region Scheme and Local Planning Schemes), amendments to Local Planning Schemes, amendments to Structure Plans and inclusion of additional land uses.

Submissions on advertised planning proposals for third parties (e.g. neigbouring properties) as well as submissions on proposed local government and other agency planning documents (e.g. schemes, policies, guidelines).

Advice to clients on subdivision and/or development potential of a property as well as planning framework applicable for and advice on particular proposals.

Representation of clients proposals at Council Meetings, Development Assessment Panels or at meetings with determining authority planning departments. Representation of applicants at the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) and as an Expert Planning Witness.
